Bezhan Adelpur is a Senior Quality Manager, mechanical engineer, and certified quality systems consultant with over twelve years of experience leading quality management, operational improvement, and ISO compliance initiatives across manufacturing, advanced technology, metallurgical processing, and large-scale infrastructure projects. As the founder of SpecWise Consulting, he helps organizations implement practical, scalable quality systems that drive compliance, operational reliability, and continuous improvement.

His experience spans startup labs, regulated manufacturing, multi-site operations, and international projects across North America and Mexico. Bezhan is formally trained in Lean Manufacturing, holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and brings deep expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and GMP. He has successfully led full QMS implementations, internal audits, CAPA programs, and third-party certifications under tight deadlines, ensuring operational systems are both audit-ready and team-friendly.

Bezhan has directed quality teams in high-volume manufacturing, advanced technology startups, and large infrastructure projects such as the Gordie Howe International Bridge. He has managed multi-shift teams, trained cross-functional staff, implemented SOPs and inspection frameworks, and guided QA leads through their first certification and re-certification cycles. His approach combines floor-level operational insight with top-down system design, creating quality systems that are practical, efficient, and sustainable.
